Shannon was born May 22, 1970 at 9:30 a.m. in Cushing, OK at Cushing Memorial Hospital to Virgil "Dan" Evans and Sharon Elaine (Robinson) Evans. She was their second child and only daughter. Shannon grew up with one older brother- Paul Evans and one younger brother- Virgil Evans. She graduated from Nathan Hale High School in Tulsa, OK in 1988. She studied at Tulsa Junior College. She was married (and later divorced) to Steven Borthick and had one daughter, Kyndal (Borthick) Tuttle. She worked most of her life as a bartender and was an aspiring singer. She passed January 24, 2018 at St. John's Hospital in Tulsa, OK.
