He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Keath Foster; step-father Bruce Powers; grandchildren James and Chad Staton and Gabriel Webster. Ricky was a natural born mechanic. He loved Mustangs, Harley Davidsons and kids. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Gail Foster; children Tina Ross, Keith Webster (Kelly) and Garrett Foster; mother Perrie Powers; brothers Farron Foster (Paula), Lonny Foster (Anita), Jason Foster (Terri), Steven Powers (Andrea); sister Twila Huddleston; special cousin Angelia Burris; grandchildren Christian and Kayla Staton, Haley Ross, Jacob, Zachary and Graham Webster, Meghan, Kaleb, Ryan and Carleigh Foster; great Grandson Kyelem Staton; brothers and sisters in law, Rachel Arnett, Andrew (Shirley) Simmons, Janice (Lenny) Atwood, Kenneth (Thersa) Simmons, Charles(Sherry) Simmons,
