Mary Jane Parrish Puckett, 79, of Ansted, WV passed on Friday, April 12, 2019 in her home.
She was the daughter of the late Edward and Grace Cogar Parrish.
She is survived by a daughter, Sonia (Andy) Lynn Puckett Crist of Birmingham, AL; a son, Carl (Laura) Houston Puckett, Jr. of Odenville, AL; a sister, Polly Ann Parrish Eagle of Huntington, WV; grandchildren, Andrea "Andi" Crist, Daniel (Madeline) Crist, and Amanda Crist; and great-grandchild, Oliver "Ollie" Carrison.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00p.m. At Restlawn Memory Gardens in Ansted on Saturday, April 13, 2019 with Pastor Ron George officiating.
