"Ida was born June 13, 1908 in Leadville Colorado where she went to school till 1912 when her family moved to Squaw Creek, Colorado and met her high school sweetheart. After she graduated High School, she married Raymond Bearden April 28, 1934. In July 1935 they bought the Burns Store, post office & cabins. Where they raised two children Raymond Ross Bearden and Edith May Bearden. They also help raised two grand children Ross Allen Bearden & Elizabeth Ida Bearden.
