Dallas was born October 20, 1905 in Fairview, Utah, the son of Harvey and Tadja DeFreeze Miner.
He married Martha Morrill Sands on November 9, 1932 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dallas worked for the Union Pacific Railroad until age 65. He was a hard worker, loving husband, and always willing to help anyone. He lived many years in the South Salt Lake area. Thanks to doctors and nurses for their wonderful care.
Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, December 1, 1998 at 11:00 a.m. in the Haven Ward Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 2280 South 300 East in South Salt Lake. Friends attended a viewing at the Church on Tuesday morning from 10:15 until 10:40 a.m. prior to the services.
Dallas was laid to rest following the conclusion of the Funeral Services at the Mountain View memorial Estates Cemetery in Cottoneood Heights.
