Leonard Quinn age 71 formerly of Gowanda passed away at the home of his daughter and son in law’s in Springville Monday morning April 8, 2019. Born in Queens, NY December 14, 1947 the son of Leonard B. II and Rose Mary (Suleski) Quinn. Leonard retired as a Supervisor with The former JN Adam Developmental Center now Western NY DDSO, he retired in 2002 and had worked as a supervisor for a group home in Perrysburg. Survivors include a brother; Lester (Sharon) Quinn of Forestville. A daughter; Jennifer (Jonathan) Donahue of Springville. Three sons; Joseph and Robert Kehr also of Springville and Paul Kehr of Wilson. 10 grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Leonard was a member of the Gowanda Moose Lodge No. 1382 along with the Brothers of Legioneer’s.
Leonard is preceded in death, besides his parents, by a sister; Joan Hendrickson and his wife; the former Susan D. Newman, Susan passed away Jan 12, 2016. Friends May call at the SCHINDLER FUNERAL HOME 44 Center St. Gowanda Saturday April 13, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. Leonard’s funeral will commence at 12 noon from the funeral home with burial to follow in the Villa Nova Cemetery South Dayton. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Buffalo 225 Como Pk.
