Mr. Wilkins died late Sunday evening in Cedar County Memorial Hospital here. He was a retired welder, and was a member of Welder and Pipe Fitters Union, Kansas City. He moved here a year ago after living in Kansas City, Kan., for about 40 years.
Survivors include his wife, Eunice; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Cutburth, state of California; and a step-brother, Dewey Stanton, state of California."
