He is survived by his daughters, Angie Tockstein (Darren), April Mathis (Kyle), and Kelly McCuiston (Donnie); sister, Carolyn Dunlap (Dale); six grandchildren, Hayley Warner, Shelby Warner, Ethan Tockstein, Logan Brogdon, Dominic McCuiston, and Jake Mathis; two great grandchildren, Cannan Sykes and Kylie Hines; fiancé, Delia Martinez; and a special friend, Danny Elkins.
