Patsy was a member of Wayside Free Will Baptist Church. She loved the Lord and was an example of Christian love and commitment.
Survivors include two granddaughters: Carolyn Westenburg and husband, Robert, of Essexville, Michigan and Charo Nicely of Bay City, Michigan; seven great grandchildren: Taylor Raab, Kaitlyn, Evan and Logan Westenburg, Selena, Dino and Mercedes Nicely; her great-great-granddaughter: Hazel Raab; a great-great-grandson: Jayden Nicely; a sister, Betty Sams; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Walter and Lily (Brown) Ball; daughter: Christine Nicely; sisters: Liliage Ball, Mildred Kelley, Barbara Stills, and Mary Moss; and brothers: Walter Eugene Ball, Jack Ball, Beaul Ball, Oscar “Ott” Ball, and Raymond Ball.
The family will receive friends Sunday, April 7, from 1-3 p.m. at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. with Reverend Mark Laughlin, Reverend Leonard Cutshaw and Richard Gosnell officiating.
Interment will take place in the River Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery following the funeral service.
Pallbearers will be Haskell Stills, Ronnie Ball, Billy Shope, Frank Barrett, and Keith Miller.
