Ronald Joseph “Joey” Rodgers, Jr., 61, of Biloxi, MS passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 in Biloxi.

Joey was born December 27, 1957 in Biloxi and graduated from Biloxi High School. He was an offshore worker for many years. Joey loved working out, singing, dancing and cracking jokes.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Kay Freeman.

Joey’s survivors include his daughters, Melissa Stapleton and Jennifer England; his grandchildren, Triston Rodgers, Monte’ Rodgers, Nikayla Rodgers, Landon Stapleton, Angelina Stapleton, Deja England, Taliyah England, Thomas England, Jeremiah England and Jada England; his great-grandchildren, London England and Michael Kelby; his father, Ronald Rodgers, Sr.; and his sisters, Michelle Hines, Suzanne Rodgers and Cathy Fendlason.

The family wishes to express a special thanks to Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home and their director, David Stanley.

A graveside service will be held at Biloxi City Cemetery on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 9:00 am.
