Phil was born on February 13, 1942, in Brooklyn, New York. He grew up in Brooklyn and after high school, he joined the Air Force.
The Air Force moved him to Montana. After the Air Force, he continued his military career in the National Guard. He spent his last working years at A-1 Rentals before retirement.
He married Barbara on February 8, 1979 and they had two children, Michael and Cara. Barbara’s two daughters, Christy and Tamara also joined the family. Phil also had four children previous to this, Dennis, Brenda, Johnathan, and Pamela.
Phil’s hobbies included playing video games, latch hook rugs, macramé, fishing, watching old movies and NASCAR, cooking, and puzzles.
Phil is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and family.
Cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
