Born August 30, 1953, in Pana, IL, the son of Genevieve (Worker) Harris. Butch was raised by his Grandparents, Everett & Beatrice worker. He was a former employee of IDOT, farmer, Precinct Committee Member and loved Hunting & Fishing. Butch was affiliated with the Baptist Faith.
