Bruce was born in Stockton California in 1940, he lived there most of his life. He was married to Sharon Sloan for the past 35 years. Bruce had two siblings, Beverly and Bill, he had a son from a previous marriage, he had 5 stepchildren, 4 granddaughters whom he cherished, and 4 great grandsons. Bruce served his country honorably, he worked in the electrical wholesale industry until his retirement. He was a proud American. Bruce was a life long fan of the Oakland Raiders and the USC Trojans football teams.
