Son of Clarence and Delberta Rowe.
Married Ruby Rae McCall November 24, 1967. She survives.
Also surviving are children Chris (Shauna), Aaron (Lana) and Jeff (Dana); grandchildren Micaela, Miranda, Macy, Kaden, Delaney, Garett, Morgan and Katelyn; siblings David (Libby), Ron (Sherlene), Lou Anne Potucek, Don (Betty) and Larry (Nyla) Grose; many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Karen Kay.

He served in the U.S. Army and completed a tour in Vietnam with the Big Red 1 infantry in 1969.

Earned his master’s degree in healthcare administration from George Washington University in 1973 and a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern College in 1971.

He spent his professional career working to improve health care for patients in each of the hospitals where he served as chief executive officer.

He had a passion for Christ.

He loved to travel to spend time with family, friends and play golf courses all over the world.
