She was born in Boonville on June 28, 1882, a daughter of Franklin and Delilia Joslin Earl. For several years she taught school in the Boonville district.
She was married to Earl R. Dutcher July 1, 1939, in Utica and they made their home there until 1941, when they moved to Sangerfield.
Mrs. Dutcher attended the Methodist Church in Waterville.
Surviving besides her husband is a sister, Mrs. Louis Lehman, New Hartford.
The funeral will be at 1 Tuesday at the McLean Funeral Home, Watervill, with the Rev. R.K. Sheffield officiating.
