Kim Kennedy, 59, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away April 1, 2019. She was born March 13, 1960 to Bennie and Mary Kennedy in Altus, OK.

Kim retired as a speech pathologist in education.

She was also a writer and enjoyed writing childrens books.

Kim loved her cat Apollo, The OSU Cowboys and The OKC Thunder

Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her great nieces and nephew.

Kim is survived by her sister, Deborah Beel and husband, Garry; nephew, Ben Cantwell and wife, Tara; nieces, Brandy Cantwell and Amy Hales and husband, Chris; great-nieces and nephews, Haiden Cantwell, Karis Hales and Gideon Hales.

She is preceded in death by parents, Bennie and Mary Kennedy; and brother-in-law, Bob Cantwell.

Graveside services will be held at Burnhard Chapel, located in Frederick Cemetery. Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK.
