Mrs. West, 97, of Alexandria, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 31, 2019, in The Summit Nursing Home, Alexandria, LA.
She was a native of Duluth, Minnesota and a U.S. Army Veteran, serving during WWII. She obtained her Master's degree in Recreation and began working for the U.S. Army as a civilian, where she traveled the world during her career. She retired later in Alexandria, Louisiana and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
