Jason Lee Thomas, 32, of Huntington, formerly of Princeton, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington. Born May 8, 1986 in Princeton, he was the son of Virgil and Darlene Booth Thomas of Princeton. Jason was a 2004 graduate of Princeton Senior High School and worked as a telemarketer for the National Rifle Association. He attended New Heights Church in Huntington and was a member of the NRA. Jason never met a stranger and loved making others smile. He was a caring and devoted father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert Lee Thomas; and maternal grandparents, Jacob and Loretta Booth. In addition to his parents he is survived by one son, Bradley Thomas of Princeton; one daughter, Jaelynn Thomas of Princeton; paternal grandmother, Frances Thomas of Princeton; one brother, Joseph Thomas and wife Amanda of Princeton; one sister, Amanda Thomas of Princeton; nieces and nephews, Cameron, Hailey, and Bristol Thomas, Billy Joe “B.J.”, Juliet, and Nathaniel Southern; great-nephew, Brantley; girlfriend, Courtney Snyder of Huntington; and best friend, Tyler Canaday of Huntington. In keeping with Jason’s wishes his body has been cremated. A memorial service to celebrate Jason’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Ryan Navy officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the service hour on Saturday.
