Graveside service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2019, at 2 pm, at Abilene Municipal Cemetery, 1133 Cottonwood St, Abilene, TX 79604, with military honors.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William Homer and Debert Florine Loflin; brother, Melvin Loflin and sisters, Wanda Davis, Betty Loflin and Shirley Wade. He is survived by his children, Lauretta Loflin Hardy and Rickey Loflin and granddaughter, Kayla Hardy.
William honorably served with the United States Army and Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran. He loved country music and enjoyed writing songs. He was loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
