9. Mittie Esther was born in 1835 and her mother was a slave. A family story in addition to DNA indicates a link of Mittie to the Harvey family.

11. Julia Ann born about 1843 married Isaiah Hart.
12. James Bryan "Uncle Polk" was born in 1844 and married Mary Jane Brannen.
13. Habersham H was born in 1850 and died in 1881. He is listed in the United States Officer Down Memorial as the 4th Savannah police officer that died in the line of duty. He married Mary Gertrude Titcomb.
The U.S. Federal Census Mortality Schedule lists Richard Harvey dying in May 1860 of a bladder stricture. There were reports by 2 residents of Bryan County that his grave had been in this cemetery. I visited the grave site with family and 1 of the residents. I spoke to a 2nd resident by phone that remembered seeing a grave for Richard Harvey. These residents along with my uncle remembered seeing graves when they hunted years ago. The grave marker for Richard is no longer there. The area is very overgrown and parts of the area may have been bulldozed or heavy equipment may have been there due to the condition of the ground. The area is surrounded by two rows of very old live oaks with overgrowth in the area.
