Sandra Sue (Woliver) Garrett, age 75, of Pennington Gap, VA was born on September 16, 1943, and went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 30, 2019. She was a graduate of Dryden High School and was a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Pennington Gap. She was a homemaker and worked as a store clerk for several years.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Clyde and Mary Zettie (Walton) Woliver. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Paul K. Garrett; one son Paul K. Garrett, Jr., of Pennington Gap; one daughter, Sherry (Garrett) Bowlin, of Kingsport, TN; one granddaughter, Abigail Grace Bowlin; one brother, Clyde Woliver and four sisters, Shirley Kleineick, Joan Kerns, Kay Smith and Gail Wells.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 3, from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at Sturgill Funeral Home in Pennington Gap. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor Paul Davis, Jr. officiating.

Graveside service will be held in the Powell Valley Cemetery in Dryden on Thursday, April 4, at 11:00 am.
