Yvonne "Donna" Wallace, 80, of Carmi, passed away at Wabash Christian Village on Friday morning, March 29, 2019. She was born on June 23, 1938 in Maunie, the daughter of Harvey and Thelma (Cooper) Yeager. She married James Wallace and he survives.

Mrs. Wallace was a Nursing Assistant at Deaconess before her retirement.

She is survived by her son, Larry (Kay) Frashier; daughter, Ginger (Sam) Blazier; five grandchildren, Chris (Jennifer) Frashier, Jackie (Jill) Puntney, Sandy (Mark) Sitzman, Megan (Anthony) Knight, Samantha (Jerry) Peterson; fifteen great-grandchildren; two great- great-grandchildren; and sister, Doris DeLong.
