Age 85, Dartmouth, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 17, 2015, in Camp Hill Veterans’ Memorial Building, QEII. Born in Halifax, Jean was one of seven children to the late Roland and Blanche (Murray) Bell. She had a deep love of music and regularly got together with her sisters for singsongs. She played the accordion (self taught) as well as the harmonica. Jean had a love of animals, especially her dog Misty and always missed the days she had on the farm. In earlier years she enjoyed playing darts and was part of a league. In later years she spent a great deal of time with her family, living her final year with her grandson, Mark and his family. Jean will be greatly missed by her family and all those who knew and loved her.
