Frances Rose (Boratko) Burdick, 77, entered into eternal rest on August 3, 2017.
She was the devoted wife of the late Paul Asa Burdick and loving mother and caregiver to her sons, the late Paul Asa Burdick, Jr., and Bruce Burdick.
Born September 22, 1939 in Winsted; the daughter of the late Paul and Anna (Nedorostek) Boratko. Fran was a lifelong resident of New Hartford.
She enjoyed gardening and working the renowned family orchard.
She loved baking using their fresh peaches and apples.
Fran was a devout Catholic and a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister.

She is survived by a brother, Edward Boratko; sister-in-laws, Marguerite Boratko and Virginia Hawley.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Frank and Paul Boratko and two sisters, Mary Sayles and Margaret Johnson.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at Our Lady of Hope Parish, formerly Immaculate Conception Church, New Hartford.
Burial followed at Barkhamsted Center Cemetery.
Montano-Shea Funeral Home, New Hartford handled the arrangements.
