Charles “Chuck” Edward Threlkeld was born in San Francisco, CA June 13, 1947. On January 2, 2019, Charles passed away at the age of 71.

Chuck was the beloved husband of W. Darienne (Boesch) Threlkeld.

Chuck served four years in the United States Navy on U.S.S. Hancock as a corpsman during the Vietnam War. He then retired from the California Highway Patrol after 24 years of service.

In retirement, he continued to serve and do what he could for our veterans and for our community. Chuck was on the Board of Directors of the American Legion Ambulance Post 108 and a member of their Honor Guard. In his spare time, he was an avid golfer, fisher, traveler, and an enthusiastic sports fan.

Chuck was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and neighbor. He is survived by his beautiful wife Darienne, his daughter and son, and grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, three sisters and their families. Charles is deeply loved and will be missed by many.
