Mr. Baker was the son of Charles and Florence (Cheney) Baker. He married Crystal (Davis) Baker on Aug. 25, 1916.
He was also survived by 2 daughters: Mrs. Roy (Arla Jean) Blodgett, Jr. and Mrs. R.E. (Ruth) Stouten) of Los Gatos, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Edith Perry of Van Nuys, Calif., and six grandchildren.
Mr. Baker was a retired representative for Underwood Business Machines. A longtime member of Lima Kiwanis Club, he had played the musical saw in in the Kiwanis Orchestra many years. He was a Boy Scout Master, and received the Silver Beaver Distinguished Service Award from the Shawnee Boy Scout Council. Mr. Baker was a member of Lima Lodge 205 Free and Accepted Masons, El Karan Grotto, and Trinity United Methodist Church.
