Spencer Funeral Directors, with the family present from 6-7:30 PM at the Church. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Survivors; his children, Lisa Franklin, Jacqueline Franklin(Sharon), Katrina Franklin Smith(Baron), Eugene Franklin, Jr. and Lafayette Franklin; ex-wife, Ann Franklin; 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
