Starns, Henry H.

Died at 11 p.m. Monday, July 2, at Baton Rouge General Hospital. He was 72, a resident of 215 Amherst St. and a native of Livingston Parish. Body at Rabenhorst Funeral Home with visiting hours from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Wednesday and after 8 a.m. Thursday. Religious services at Rabenhorst Chapel at 1 p.m. Thursday conducted by the Rev. James K. Pierce. Interment in Courtney Cemetery, Holden. Survived by his wife, Margaret Tycer Starns; one son, Raymond Henry Starns; one sister, Mrs. J. J. Besson, all of Baton Rouge; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was a member of Amite Baptist Church, Denham Springs, and a former state representative, Livingston Parish.
