He was born November 23, 1931 in Uvalde, Texas to parents, William Alexander Plummer, Sr. and Charlotte Marie Heinen.
Al lived a life that was undeniably unique. Bandera was home, he was a graduate of University of Texas at Austin and was a committed Longhorn for life. His many endeavors included the Plummer Funeral Chapels, ranching, motel, nursing home, car sales and a car wash business. Al loved a good joke, hunting, fishing , Longhorn football, Medina lake, friends and family.
Al is preceded in death by his parents, William Alexander Sr. and Charlotte Heinen Plummer; beloved wife, Olivia June; son, William Alexander "Bill" Plummer III; and daughter, Anna Laurie Plummer Rambeau.
A graveside service will take place Friday, March 15, 2019 at 2 PM at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Kerrville, TX.
