Wellesley - Mrs. Margaretha Gremm, 83, of RR 1, Bamberg, died Thursday at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Kraehling, 63 Hickory St., Waterloo.
She was born in Wellesley Township, Nov. 22, 1877, a daughter of the late Philip Roeder and the former Anna Wagner. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Wellesley Township. Her husband, the late Ludwig Gremm, predeceased her in February 1959.
She is survived by one son, Norman of RR 1, Bamberg; one daughter, Mrs. Harold (Frieda) Kraehling of Waterloo; three sisters, Mrs. Theodore (Melinda) Lichty of Wellesley, Mrs. Conrad (Amelia) Hammer and Mrs. Clayton (Edith) Roeder, both of North Easthope Township.
The body will be at the Futher Funeral Home, Wellesley, from Saturday noon until Monday noon when removal will be made to St. John's Lutheran Church Wellesley Township. The funeral will be conducted at the church Monday at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Rev. A. L. Wedman will officiate.
Friends and relatives are asked to pay their last respects prior to the time of service.
