Funeral services for Lewis Noyes Smith, one of the oldest members of the Masonic order, will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the chapel at 629 Belmont avenue. Mr. Smith, who was 96 years old, died Thursday in his home, 211 West Ontario street. Mr. Smith, a native of New Hampshire, became well known in Chicago Masonic circles following his retirement from the mining business in the west twenty-one years ago. He joined the order in Minnesota in 1864. Six daughters and a brother survive. Masonic services will be conducted by the Hesperia lodge. Burial will be in Acacia Park cemetery.
