A celebration of life will be held on Monday, April 1, 2019, from 5 to 8 PM at Hamilton's on Westown Parkway.
When he wasn't working at Growmark as their Iowa Regional Manager, he kept himself busy hunting, fishing, dog training, and woodworking.
He was a beloved father and spent many hours traveling in support of his daughter as a "horse show dad". After retirement, he enjoyed spending time with family at their lake house. He had a fierce love for his grandchildren, always attending their activities.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, father-in-law, Milo "Mike" Christopherson, brother, Richard Duffy, and sister-in-law, Dorene Duffy.
He survived by his wife, of fifty-three years, Jo Anne; daughter, Beth (Todd); grandchildren, Cael, Blake and Erin; sister, Sandy (Vern); brother, Craig "Pete" (Ellen); mother-in-law, Gladys; and sister-in-law, Jeanne Duffy; other family members and nieces and nephews.
