James J. Bingham, 81, went to be with the Lord on December 22, 2018. He was surrounded by family after battling a long illness at home. Jim, as his family and friends called him, was born on December 7, 1937 to Eli and Carrie (Sinkhorn) Bingham. He was the youngest of twelve having eight brothers and three sisters. Jim retired from the United States Air Force in 1975 after 20 years of service to our country. He retired again from Elkhart General Hospital, Elkhart, Indiana in 2001 where he served as a security officer. Jim is survived by two sisters, his wife, three sons, and five daughters, 21 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Burial will take place at Ft. Custer National Cemetery, Battle Creek, Michigan
