Mr. Adams passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019 at his home.
Mr. Herbert had a love for family, friends, making people laugh, and carpentry. After his retirement he built Herbie Town, a western town, complete with antiques from the era.
Mr. Adams was a member of Poplar Grove Baptist Church, he went on many volunteer mission assignments in the U. S., Brazil, Upper Volta, Peru, Hungary, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and St. Maarten Island; he was a part of TN Baptist disaster relief teams in Maxton, NC, Pikeville, KY, Macedonia, SC, Adamsville, FL, and Cape Girardeau, MO; and was a Supervisor for World Changers.
Mr. Adams was preceded in death by a grandson.
Mr. Herbert is survived by his wife, Marie Adams; two children, David Adams and Gaynelle Daniels; and three grandchildren.
