Mrs. Billie Waters, age 64 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019.
Born Tuesday, March 22, 1955, she was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy Elliot Greene DeBusk and Billy Ewing DeBusk; and nephew Brian Trent Rogers.
Mrs. Waters enjoyed gardening, especially tending to her flowers. She loved making arts and crafts for her friends and relatives. She was a collector of clocks. Mrs. Waters attended New Jerusalem Baptist Church and loved Rev. Doyle and Carolyn McGrew, along with all the church members.
