Beloved Husband Dad Papa Son Brother Uncle and Friend∼Dennis Edward McGrath of Union, MO passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018 at his home at the age of 68 years.
He was born January 18, 1950 in St. Louis, MO to Francis B. McGrath and Mary Jane McGrath (nee' Carroll).
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Frank McGrath, and one sister, Mary Ann McGrath.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley McGrath (nee' Miriani); one son, Dennis McGrath of Washington, MO; one daughter, Chrissie Silva of Waynesville, MO; one sister, Kathleen McGrath; and five brothers: Michael, Bill, Joe, Jima, and John McGrath; 9 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; his close friend, Bob Harvey; other relatives and friends.
Visitation for 68-year-old, Dennis McGrath, will be held Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Oltmann Funeral Home in Washington, MO. The family encourages all guests to wear jeans and flannel shirts as a tribute to Mr. McGrath's favorite attire.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Oltmann Funeral Home in Washington, MO. Interment will be private.
Memorial donations may be made in honor of Mr. McGrath to the Franklin County Humane Society.
