Mrs. Christine Ernst, widow of John C. Ernst, passed away early Sunday morning at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Harry Kestel, 1430 Lincoln Av, Toledo, following an illness with pneumonia. She was aged 73 years.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Kestel, Mrs. Thomas McGeachie of Lorain and Miss Fannie Ernst of this city; three sons, Albert H. and Rolland E. of this city, and Paul Ernst of East Tawas, Mich. She had been spending the winter with her daughter and announcement of her death will come as a shock to her many friends here.
Funeral services will be held at the residence of her daughter at Toledo Wednesday morning and the body will be brought here for interment in Oakland cemetery Wednesday afternoon.
