Connie Jean Sanders was born on October 17, 1953, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Monroe Gober & the late Erma Jean (Muckelroy) Gober. She died on Thursday, June 7, 2007, at Fort Smith, at the age of 53. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her father, Monroe Gober; her fiancée, Billy Andrews; one daughter, Amanda Sanders of Fort Smith; four sons, Jeremy Sanders & Billy Sanders both of Altus, & Josh Sanders and Eli Sanders both of Ozark, Arkansas; three sisters, Martha Pascale of Alix, Arkansas, Lisa Wyatt of Chicago, Illinois, & Carolyn Kenney of California; & 8 grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Erma Jean (Muckelroy) Gober & her husband, Noah "Eddie" Edison Sanders.

Graveside services will be at noon on Saturday, June 9, 2007 at the Highland Cemetery in Ozark, Arkansas under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home of Clarksville (479) 754-2201.

Pallbearers will be Chad Pyle, Jason Wyeth, Heath Blasingame, Joshua Grubb, Blake Murray, & Eli Sanders.
