Beloved wife of the late Otis Dunn. Devoted mother of David Dunn and Susan Dunn. Loving grandmother of Clement (Emma) Dunn, Morgan (May) Dunn, Megan (Brian) Noll, Tyler (Bailey) Fangman and Allison Fangman. Great grandmother of Emerson Rose Noll and Blaine Caroline Noll. Rose was a former school teacher at Cold Spring Elementary. She retired from Northern Kentucky Pediatric Group after 31 years of dedicated service. Rose was a life long member of St. John's United Church of Christ and volunteered at St. Luke/ St. Elizabeth Hospital where she served on their board of volunteers. Passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, February 11, 2019, age 88. Visitation at St. John's United Church of Christ (Newport), 415 Park Ave., on Wednesday (Feb. 13) from 9:30 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 S. Loop Rd., Edgewood, KY 41017.
