William lost his leg in an automobile accident, in Sturbridge at the age of 17. He was determined not to let his disability interfere with his life. He could fix and build almost anything including customizing Harley Trike motorcycles. He has won many trophies for his own custom trike bike.
He loved his Mom, his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed Rock and Roll music from the 50's to the 90's
