Darren was born on July 28, 1966, in Havana, IL, the son of Rudie Myron and Mary Joyce Kuhlman White.
Darren attended Havana High School and worked as a painter with his step-brother, Daryl Ford, for a number of years. He also painted for Bill Heaver. Darren loved fishing, watching old western movies, camping and being outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rudie White and one nephew, Chadwick White.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Smith of Havana; two sons, Darren Michael White of St. Louis, MO and Ryan White of IL; daughter, Rachel White of Morton, IL; one grandchild; siblings, Penny Berg, Cathy (husband, Tim) Goforth, Rudie White, Jr., Preston White, and Gina Rogers, all of Havana, Tracey White of Kilbourne, Sean (wife, Sharon) White of Tuscaloosa, AL, and Christine Hamilton; step-brothers, Charles and Jack Suit and Darryl Valove, and Darrin Ford; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cremation was provided by Lincoln Land Cremation Society
The family will host a memorial ceremony at a later date at the Church of Christ, 350 S. Broadway St., Havana, IL.
