Ms. Lisa Annette Sloan, 58, of Clarksburg, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital from injuries she received in an automobile accident.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, March 22, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Clark officiating. Interment will follow in Hampton Cemetery.

Ms. Sloan was born December 9, 1960 in McKenzie, Tennessee. She was employed at Bobrick Company in IT/Office Supplies/Hardware Inventory Clerk, a member of Westport Church of Christ and was an avid photographer. She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Tegethoff, one brother, Jeff Tegethoff one sister, Laura Tegethoff, and a nephew Jayden Ford.

She is survived by two daughters, Allison Jordan of Huntingdon, April Cole (Chris) of Bruceton, her mother, Barbara Ellis of Clarksburg, three sisters, Vickie Scates (Stanley) of Clarksburg, Debbie Foster (Charles) of Henry, Dione Turner of Huntingdon, two brothers, David Tegethoff (Marsha) of Huntingdon and Kevin Tegethoff (Natalie) of Cedar Grove. She also leaves two grandchildren, Olive Cole, Madelyn Cole, and many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
