He is survived by his sons Bruce and Brad Garrett.
His parents were Robert, Sr. and Nellie (Reed) Garrett.
Surviving is his brother brother Don Garrett, and he was
preceded in death by his brothers Robert, Jr., Gene, Orville,
and Doyle Garrett.
Vernon served our country in the U.S.Army during World War II
and retired from DuPont in Circleville Ohio.
People called him "Bicycle Man" because he liked fixing people's
bicycles in town.
His obits were published in the Lancaster Eagle Gazette on
March 20, 2019.
