Mr. Woods will lie in state Friday, October 15, 2010 at Barfield Missionary Baptist Church, 4001 Webb Rd., Murfreesboro, TN from 4-6 p.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, October 16, 2010 at First Baptist Church, 738 East Castle St., Murfreesboro, TN. Visitation from 12 Noon - 1 p.m. and funeral at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Murfreesboro, TN.
