In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Bobby Perkins; her second husband, Clayton Moore; son, Billy Frank Perkins; and her infant grandson, Jacob Obryan Cannon.
Survivors include her daughters, Lisa Perkins of Evansville, IN, Dawana Moore of Madisonville, Barbara Cannon of Evansville and Julie Sydboten Scott of Bowling Green, KY; sons, James Sydboten of Bowling Green, and David Runyan of Russelville, KY; sister, Juanita Langston of Dixon, KY; numerous grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
