Amy Louise Cole

Waterville, WA

On Saturday, March 2, 2019, Amy Louise Cole went home to the place Jesus promised He had prepared for her. Amy was born on January 10, 1964, at Wenatchee, WA, to Herbert Carl and Carol Ann (Travers) Witten. She attended Waterville schools from kindergarten through grade 12, graduating in June of 1982. She then attended Wenatchee Valley College, where she was a cheerleader for the Knights, as she had been for the Waterville Shockers. Her main interests were cheerleading, sewing in 4-H, baking cookies, traveling, and her chosen career of dental assisting, which began over 30 years ago, ending with Dr. Brad Shern. One of her patients described her perfectly, stating, “When Amy enters a room - the whole room lights up.” She just loved her career and her patients.

Amy married the love of her life, Clive Cole, son of Monte and Iris Cole in Waterville, WA, at the United Lutheran Church on November 25, 1989. Amy and Clive were members there their entire married life, and both had served on the church council.

She is survived by her husband, Clive of Spokane, WA; mother, Carol; sister, Heidi (Dale) Clark; nephews: Ty (Jamie) and Brandon (Cassie) Jess, and their children, (Ty’s) Coy and Blayce Wallace and Cooper Jess and (Brandon’s) Boston Jess, all of Coulee City, WA, whom she adored.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at N.C.W. District Fairgrounds in Waterville, WA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the United Lutheran Church in Waterville. She will be buried at a later date, next to her father at the Douglas Lutheran Cemetery, by her family. We want to thank everyone for their prayerful concern of our sweet girl. Please express your thoughts and memories on the online guestbook at jonesjonesbetts.com. Arrangements by Waterville Funeral Home, Waterville, WA.

She was cremated. Burial of her ashes took place on June 22, 2019 at the Douglas Cemetery with a small group gathering. A lunch reception followed at the Mittelstaedt Residence at Douglas, Wash. a short distance away. It was peaceful.....
