Effie E. Blackburn Fuller

Funeral services for Mrs. Effie Fuller, 63, of No. 2 Berrien St., will be at 2 PM today at the Cosmopolitan funeral home, 2505 West End Ave. The Rev. J. E. Wolfe, assisted by the Rev. R. B. Rawls and the Rev. Pickens Johnson, will officiate and burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial park. The body is at the funeral home.
Mrs. Fuller suffered a stroke two years ago and had been a semi-invalid since that time. She died at 3:15 AM yesterday. A native of Smith county, she was the daughter of John and Mahaley Winfrey Blackburn. In 1909 she was married to J. H. Fuller, a brakeman for Tennessee Central railway, who survives. Mr. and Mrs. Fuller celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary Monday. They moved to Nashville 40 years ago. Mrs. Fuller was a member of Eureka Lodge 826 of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen.
Other survivors are a son, Cordell Fuller, Nashville; daughters, Mrs. Emmett Rowlette, Wayne, Michigan, Mrs. Earl Wilson and Mrs. Leslie Culberson, Nashville; three brothers, Floyd Blackburn, New Middleton, Tenn., Jess Blackburn, Brush Creek, Tenn and Wilson Blackburn, Watertown; two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Ray, Nashville and Mrs. Sim Agee, Lebanon, Tenn.; and four grandchildren.
