NANNIE GOLDMAN DIES IN HOSPITAL
Nannie Goldman, 83, of 426 Pennsylvania Avenue, died this morning in a local hospital.
A native of Bentonville, Ark., she was a Santa Cruz resident since 1942. She was raised and attended schools in Arkansas and Missouri and moved to Kaw, Oklahoma in 1917. Mrs. Goldman resided there until her husband, the late Allen P Goldman, retired in 1942. For the last few years she has lived with her daughter, Mrs. Sally Clendening.
She was a member of the Christian Church in Kaw.
Surviving her, besides Mrs. Clendening, are: four daughters, Gertie Barnes of Dutch Mills, Ark.; Lillie Bell of Guthrie, Okla.; Hazel Broome of Sunnyvale and Bessie Reed of San Bruno; 28 grandchildren, 73 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at White's chapel Saturday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Gordon Milldrum officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Memorial Park.
