Mr. Fine was born on March 16, 1947 in Casa Grande, to Murry and Kamella Fine. He served honorably in Vietnam, became a pilot and later a deputy for the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department in San Jose, California.
He was known for his sense of humor and was devoted to his family.
He is survived by a sister, two adult children and three grandchildren.
