He died Monday in Lutheran Hospital at Park Ridge, IL.
Born at Chicago, he lived here 60 years. Mr. Kristufek was superintendent at Central States Envelope 30 years, retiring in 1940. He also played semi-professional baseball at Chicago.
Survivors include a son, George Kristufek, and two daughters, Evelyn Wamsley and Fern Frashier.
